The home was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Parking was ample if you have more than 1 car. Looked like recent upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms, which were all very nice. Keep in mind, and it is mentioned in the description, there are only 2 bathrooms (no half baths), of which 1 is on the main floor where all the bedrooms are. The 2nd is in the basement. Not a big deal, but can take some planning when it’s time for multiple people to get ready. Very close proximity to U of M, would be a perfect place to stay for a sports weekend or visiting A2 for pleasure.

This was really an amazing place to spend a Michigan game day. You’re walking distance to the stadium and tailgates and in a beautiful part of town. The space itself was spotless, with tons of extra linens and pillows and towels for us to use. Every last detail was thought of.

Wonderful place to rent. I’ve been to many short term rentals and this home is at the top of my list of places to return to. It felt like a home and had everything you could need. I highly recommend this property. My wife and I evaluated about a dozen places before booking this location and couldn’t be happier that we did. We’ll be back next time we are in town.

Home away from home! The listing limits 6 and the home is flexible for whatever group you bring. We were only a family of four and had plenty of space to spread out. Our two teenage slept in the room with twin beds and we used one bedroom to store our luggage and slept in the spacious and comfortable queen bed. The fully equipped basement was a hit for two boys with large tv and remote control fireplace. The den has a shower and where the washer and dryer are located. I have stayed in plenty of ABNB and this one is top three on my list. This home is top three for me as I felt at home and Danielle left chocolates and snacks out for us. The refrigerator was stocked with waters. Whereas in other ABNB we had to fend for ourselves. It rained a whole day we were in Ann Arbor and I searched the house and was able to find two umbrellas (hope you don’t mind Danielle.) It is that example that made this our home away from home…would definitely stay here again..( walkable to BigHouse also).

My group had a fantastic stay at Danielle's place in our second stay here. The house is in a convenient location to Michigan Stadium, and was well stocked with towels, pillows, blankets, and even snacks. Everything was clean and exactly as described, would definitely recommend to others!

Our daughter is a freshman at U of M this year so we went out to visit, go to a game, and meet some of her new friends. Danielle’s home was a perfect home base - very cozy for my husband and me, but with plenty of space for the kids to spend a couple of days with us. We were able to walk to the stadium and even downtown is walkable if you’re up for a 30-45 minute stroll. It was perfectly appointed, quiet, and comfortable, we will definitely come back to stay if available. Thank you!!

This home is a great find. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet with a playground just minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. As an added bonus to the lush pool and spa in the massive backyard we sampled some fruit from the wonderful citrus trees with our breakfasts. Thank you for creating a wonderful stay.
