Nichols Arboretum

Known locally as "The Arb," this 123-acre green space on the University of Michigan campus offers a peaceful respite with walking paths, gardens, and natural landscapes. The Arboretum is home to a variety of plants, including beautiful wildflowers, native Michigan trees, and a scenic peony garden that is particularly stunning in the spring. It’s a perfect place for hiking, picnicking, and enjoying the outdoors, especially during the warmer months.
