Immaculate Comfort, Short Walk To Michigan Stadium

The only thing that matched how great this place was, is the nostalgia we felt being so close to the Big House. Great location. Excellent amenities and fun for all. If you’re in Ann Arbor or even if you’re visiting Detroit, I’d highly recommend.

We had a great stay for my daughters graduation from UofM. Great location, perfect for the family and very comfortable.

Great place. Very clean. Well stocked pantry will non perishables. Ample coffee pods was clutch. Great space to unwind and relax after a long day. Prime location by the Stadium or a quick drive to downtown AA. In a quiet neighborhood. Zero issue with roadhouse despite being next to a main road. Justin was super responsive and let us check in early.

We enjoyed our stay at Justin’s place! Plenty of room, very well appointed and comfortable, and great games to play in the basement. We loved the extra touch of snacks and coffee for everyone. Thank you for a great stay !

Great stay

Between the living room and basement , GREAT areas to hangout; Big screen TVs, comfy couches and warm fireplace. The rest of the house was also well stocked. Helpful to have essentials and then some in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Really nice Airbnb

Exactly what we needed for a longer stay. The house is homey and big, lots of space and everything we needed was there.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and comfortable and had lots of thoughtful amenities. It was conveniently located and easy to get to. I only hope it’s available the next time I need a place to stay in Ann Arbor.

Place was very clean, and Danielle was very responsive. It was much smaller than it looks in the photos though. Beds gave all of us backache.

Our daughter is a freshman at U of M this year so we went out to visit, go to a game, and meet some of her new friends. Danielle’s home was a perfect home base - very cozy for my husband and me, but with plenty of space for the kids to spend a couple of days with us. We were able to walk to the stadium and even downtown is walkable if you’re up for a 30-45 minute stroll. It was perfectly appointed, quiet, and comfortable, we will definitely come back to stay if available. Thank you!!

This is our first experience staying at an AIRBNB or VRBO. It was extremely clean, which my husband and I greatly appreciated.

My group had a fantastic stay at Danielle's place in our second stay here. The house is in a convenient location to Michigan Stadium, and was well stocked with towels, pillows, blankets, and even snacks. Everything was clean and exactly as described, would definitely recommend to others!

We had a comfortable stay here, would recommend. The Airbnb was well outfitted and we appreciated the stocked fridge and snacks. Furniture was nice and the fireplace was a welcome addition.

Home away from home! The listing limits 6 and the home is flexible for whatever group you bring. We were only a family of four and had plenty of space to spread out. Our two teenage slept in the room with twin beds and we used one bedroom to store our luggage and slept in the spacious and comfortable queen bed. The fully equipped basement was a hit for two boys with large tv and remote control fireplace. The den has a shower and where the washer and dryer are located. I have stayed in plenty of ABNB and this one is top three on my list. This home is top three for me as I felt at home and Danielle left chocolates and snacks out for us. The refrigerator was stocked with waters. Whereas in other ABNB we had to fend for ourselves. It rained a whole day we were in Ann Arbor and I searched the house and was able to find two umbrellas (hope you don’t mind Danielle.) It is that example that made this our home away from home…would definitely stay here again..( walkable to BigHouse also).

Also the location is fantastic for any activity in Ann Arbor! This was the most well stocked airbnb I have ever stayed at. The host thought of everything and beyond! We had everything we could want and extremely clean as well.

Danielle is an outstanding host! She definitely knows how to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. She has an eye for detail as to what her guests may need or forgotten to pack. I wish there were 10 stars as 5 just doesn't seem adequate.

Wonderful place to rent. I’ve been to many short term rentals and this home is at the top of my list of places to return to. It felt like a home and had everything you could need. I highly recommend this property. My wife and I evaluated about a dozen places before booking this location and couldn’t be happier that we did. We’ll be back next time we are in town.

This was really an amazing place to spend a Michigan game day. You’re walking distance to the stadium and tailgates and in a beautiful part of town. The space itself was spotless, with tons of extra linens and pillows and towels for us to use. Every last detail was thought of.

The home was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Parking was ample if you have more than 1 car. Looked like recent upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms, which were all very nice. Keep in mind, and it is mentioned in the description, there are only 2 bathrooms (no half baths), of which 1 is on the main floor where all the bedrooms are. The 2nd is in the basement. Not a big deal, but can take some planning when it’s time for multiple people to get ready. Very close proximity to U of M, would be a perfect place to stay for a sports weekend or visiting A2 for pleasure.

Danielle’s place in Ann Arbor was perfect for our family. We had 4 generations in the house from 83 year old grandmother to 13 month old baby. We had so much room for sleeping and relaxation. On site parking was welcome! Danielle thought of all the details from comfortable decor, to a well stocked kitchen, extra towels, blankets, etc. This was the most wonderful Airbnb I’ve stayed in.

From the moment we got there we felt right at home. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a great location. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was nicely renovated and all the appliances were pretty new. The pantry was well stocked and we had absolutely everything to cook with. Danielle has thought about everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay and they were so kind to supply us with whatever we needed. Danielle's place was perfect for our visit to a2, such a lovely house! The place matched the photos and was easy to find. Danielle was very responsive and made everything very easy. The location is great - our visit was in the spring, but I can see how easy it would be to walk to/from the Big House for a game. As others have noted, the place was spotless and very organized, with anything you could need while away from home. And that lower level space is awesome for playing cards or watching TV. Definitely recommend this place...Thanks Danielle!

Great place to enjoy Ann Arbor! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and perfect for entertaining family and friends. Danielle was extremely easy to communicate with. We happened to pick the worst ice storm in the last decade to visit Ann Arbor. Power was out across the city for days, but Danielle stayed on top of everything and kept our safety and comfort first. She was willing to go out of her way to keep the house heated and make sure we were doing okay. Despite the outage, the water stayed steamy hot and we enjoyed a cozy night piled under soft blankets by electric candle light! The power was back on the next day and we enjoyed the rest of the house amenities and the beautiful kitchen to cook our first meal. Would definitely recommend!

First, we ran into a travel issue on the first day of our stay. This required a hasty cancellation. We then were able to make alternate travel plans requiring a rebook. This required immediate and substantial assistance by our host, Danielle. She was pleasant, responsive and very accommodating. The house was perfect. Clean and comfortable! Thank you again Danielle! A terrific place with all the small touches that make one's stay easy: plenty of towels, nice soaps and shampoo, even a few razors in stock (a thoughtful touch given airline restrictions).

Danielle‘s house is immaculate, comfortable, spacious and an all around great place to stay. The location is also within minutes to anything and everything in the Ann Arbor area. Booking with her was easy and she has simple to understand and follow guidelines. I truly have nothing to mention in regards of needs for improvements or suggestions. She’s a super host with a super house.

Danielle’s place was a perfect space for our needs while in the area. Super close to everything! Very clean! Very spacious! The basement was a huge bonus. Great place to spread out and relax. She was super helpful and made everything super simple. The only feedback I would say to be aware of is the beds and pillows. Not the most comfortable at all. So if your super picky about beds and such, just a heads up. However, this will not deter us whatsoever from booking this place again anytime we are back in Ann Arbor! It was great!
